"I placed an order on 11/2/07. Was charged immediately on credit card.Was told theshoes were onback order, could expect them in 30 days. Called 30 days later and was told they were still on back order and I could expect them by the first of January. NOTHING. called again, no answer. E-mailed my cancellation and request for my credit card to be refunded on 1/16/o8.NOTHING. Tried to call and got recording that "your call is very important to us,a rep. will be with you shortly." I let it ring over 1/2 hr. just to see.NOTHING. E-mailed again 3/24/08 demanding a response and refund and have heard NOTHING. I am out $90.00 plus dollars. This company is a FRAUDULENT SCAM. How can this happen and what can those of us do to retrieve our money and stop this from happening?"
